Levels 1-5 Explained

Level 1 – Beginner

Beginner classes focus on developing strength, coordination, and spatial awareness. These classes will contain beginner spins, poses, and low level moves as well as conditioning exercises designed to help build the strength needed to advance in other levels. Generally, moves will be completed from standing height and/or ground.

Prerequisites: none for these classes

 

Level 2 – Beginner/Intermediate

Beginner to intermediate classes focus on the strength and technique needed to execute clean climbs, inverts, poses, spins, and hangs. Moves are completed from ground, standing, and/or the air. These classes work to develop skills needed to enter and exit moves cleanly and combine 2-3 moves into one combination.

Prerequisites: basic aerial awareness and be comfortable with inverts

 

Level 3 – Intermediate

Intermediate classes will build on strength and technique developed in levels 1 & 2. This class will focus on combining 3-5 moves both on and off the ground, including drops, flips, and tricks.

Prerequisite: the ability to complete clean moves, climbs, sits, and inverts

 

Level 4 – Intermediate/Advanced

These classes focus on the combination of aerial moves and most combinations are 4-5 or more moves long and many off the ground.

Prerequisites: safely complete inverts, climbs, and sustain one’s own body weight in the air with 1-2 points of contact only for multiple transitions

 

Level 5 – Advanced

Same as level 4 for longer periods of time and multiple combinations/transitions during 1 class period.

Prerequisites: same as level 4

Class Cancellation Policy:

You may late cancel no later than 12 hours before the start of any class.

Late cancel/No shows = loss of class or late fee applied to memberships. $20 for yoga classes and $35 for aerial classes fee per member; when class is full or waitlisted ONLY (also applies if client was 1 or 2 of 3 signed in for class).
 

We will now require 3 or more clients to hold any class. If we do not have 3 sign ups 3 hours before the start of class, that class will be cancelled for that day. If you are the only one signed up you will be notified of the cancel via text.

Cancellations must be made through our online reservation system. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or phone.
